Use of the site

Eligibility

By accessing or using damanclubgame.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and not prohibited from using the Site by any law or regulation in your jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering an account or transacting on this platform. If Daman Club discovers that a user below the age of 18 has registered, the account will be terminated immediately and any associated balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to access the Site through automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without prior written consent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or account; transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent under Indian law; interfere with the Site's integrity or performance; or engage in any activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any rules framed thereunder, including the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Accounts found engaging in collusion, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting will be suspended without prior notice and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

Account and payment responsibility

If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Daman Club immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use. When making deposits or withdrawals through integrated payment channels, including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, or net banking, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that the linked bank account or UPI handle belongs to you and that each transaction is authorised by you.

Daman Club processes withdrawals within 24 to 72 business hours; delays caused by your bank, UPI network outages, or incorrect beneficiary details are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of Daman Club or its content licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India. Unauthorised reproduction, reverse-engineering, or distribution of any Site content may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law, including infringement actions carrying damages of up to ₹2,00,000 per work under Section 55 of the Copyright Act.

Limited licence to users

Daman Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download or copy Site content beyond ordinary browsing, modify or create derivative works, publicly display or distribute content for commercial gain, or remove any proprietary notices. Any use of Daman Club's name, logo, or branding in promotional material, including YouTube videos, Instagram reels, Telegram channels, or affiliate marketing content, requires prior written consent from our team.

Third-party marks

All third-party trademarks referenced on the Site, including the marks of payment partners such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM, remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any endorsement of Daman Club by those entities, nor does it grant you any licence to use those marks. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on this Site, please contact us at the address below with a written notice describing the alleged infringement in accordance with Section 52A of the Copyright Act, 1957.
