Daman Club - Responsible Gaming

Daman Club responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.

Play within your limits

At Daman Club, gaming is designed to be a form of entertainment, enjoyable, controlled, and never a source of financial stress. Before every session, set a firm budget using money you can comfortably afford to lose, separate from rent, bills, or savings. Use the session timer in your account settings to cap your playing time, and log off the moment either limit is reached, regardless of whether you are on a winning or losing streak.

Never chase losses by depositing additional funds to recover what was spent. Each session should be treated the same way as any other leisure expense, money paid for an experience, not an investment. Play only when you are clear-headed; fatigue, alcohol, or emotional distress impairs decision-making and increases the risk of overspending.

Balance gaming with other daily activities, work, social time, exercise, and hobbies. If you notice gaming is crowding out the rest of your routine, reduce your session frequency immediately and use the limit tools available in your Daman Club account to enforce that reduction.

Warning signs of problem gambling

Problem gambling often develops gradually. Common behavioural signs include spending more time or money than planned, feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop, lying to family or friends about gaming activity, and returning to play in an attempt to win back losses. If gaming is your primary way of coping with stress, boredom, or anxiety, that is a strong indicator that the habit has moved beyond healthy entertainment.

Financial warning signs include borrowing money to fund gaming, missing essential bills or loan repayments, and hiding bank statements from people close to you. Emotional signs include persistent feelings of guilt or shame after sessions, mood swings tied directly to wins and losses, and withdrawing from social relationships you previously valued.

If you recognise three or more of these signs in yourself, act promptly. Use the self-help tools in your Daman Club account, speak with someone you trust, or contact a dedicated helpline. Early intervention makes recovery considerably more straightforward.

Deposit, loss and time limits

Daman Club provides three adjustable limit types directly inside your account dashboard. A deposit limit caps the total amount you can add to your account over a chosen period, daily, weekly, or monthly. A loss limit halts further play once your net losses reach the threshold you specify. A session time limit sends an alert and can automatically end your session after a defined number of minutes.

Limits take effect immediately when reduced, protecting you from impulsive decisions in the heat of a session. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the change is applied, giving you time to reconsider. We recommend reviewing your limits every month and adjusting them downward whenever your personal or financial circumstances change.

To set or update any limit, log in to Daman Club, navigate to Account → Responsible Gaming → My Limits, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you experience any difficulty, contact our support team who can apply limits on your behalf immediately.

Self-exclusion and cool-off

If you need a complete break from gaming, Daman Club offers two options. A cool-off period temporarily suspends your account for a short defined period, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off your account is inaccessible, and all marketing communications are paused. Once the period expires the account reopens automatically, giving you a structured pause without a permanent commitment.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term option, blocking access to your Daman Club account for a minimum of six months or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not receive any promotional material, and any attempt to create a new account will be flagged. To activate self-exclusion, visit Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion or contact support directly, the block is applied within 24 hours.
